Delete your data
If you have messaged an Instagram or WhatsApp account, or called a phone number, served by an EVOLVE40X agent, you can ask us to delete the conversation and the details we hold about you. We also honour deletion requests forwarded automatically by Meta when you remove an app's access in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
How it works
- Fill in the form below with the channel and the account or number you used, so we can find your records.
- We confirm receipt with a reference code. Keep it — you can quote it to check on progress.
- Within 30 days we delete the messages, transcripts, recordings and enquiry details linked to you from our systems and instruct our providers to do the same. If a business we serve is the controller of that data, we forward the request to them and confirm once they have acted.
- We may keep a minimal record of the request itself (your reference code, the date, and the channel) to show we complied.
